1. Policy Statement
CG Air Systèmes Inc. (“CG Air”) is committed to responsible sourcing of minerals and to supporting ethical supply chains that respect human rights, avoid contributing to conflict, and comply with applicable regulations related to conflict minerals.
This policy applies to all products manufactured, distributed, or sold by CG Air that may contain tin, tantalum, tungsten, and gold (“3TG”).
CG Air supports the objectives of the OECD Due Diligence Guidance for Responsible Supply Chains of Minerals from Conflict-Affected and High-Risk Areas and expects its suppliers to share this commitment.

3. Supplier Requirements – 3TG Smelters
CG Air expects its direct suppliers to source 3TG minerals only from smelters and refiners whose due diligence practices have been validated by an independent third-party audit program, such as:
- Responsible Minerals Assurance Process (RMAP), or
- Equivalent recognized industry audit programs
Suppliers are expected to take reasonable steps to avoid sourcing 3TG from smelters that are not conformant or actively participating in such programs.
4. Due Diligence Measures
CG Air has implemented due diligence measures designed to support responsible minerals sourcing, including:
- Maintaining this Responsible Minerals Sourcing Policy
- Communicating expectations to suppliers
- Identifying relevant products and suppliers that may contain 3TG
- Requesting and collecting supply chain information from suppliers
- Assessing supplier responses for completeness and consistency
5. Conflict Minerals Surveys
CG Air conducts Conflict Minerals surveys of relevant suppliers using standardized industry tools, such as the Responsible Minerals Initiative (RMI) Conflict Minerals Reporting Template (CMRT), or equivalent documentation.
Suppliers may be required to update their disclosures periodically or when material changes occur in their supply chain.
6. Review of Supplier Due Diligence Information
CG Air reviews due diligence information received from suppliers to assess alignment with the company’s responsible sourcing expectations. This review may include:
- Evaluation of CMRT completeness and accuracy
- Identification of high-risk or unknown smelters
- Assessment of supplier transparency and cooperation
7. Corrective Action Management
Where risks, gaps, or non-conformances are identified, CG Air may engage with suppliers to support corrective actions, which may include:
- Requesting clarification or additional documentation
- Establishing timelines for improvement
- Encouraging transition to validated smelters
- Re-evaluation of the supplier relationship if risks are not adequately addressed
8. Continuous Improvement
CG Air is committed to continuous improvement of its responsible minerals sourcing practices and will periodically review and update this policy as needed to reflect regulatory, industry, and operational developments.
